when NaOH added to water heat is given out,so it is Exothermic reaction..

now in case of exothermic reaction if we increase the tempreture then exra heat convert product to reactant..reaction goes to reverse more and more.

hence dissolution of NaOH in water is exothermic,so extra heat favours the formation of reactant..
