Hexane is an non ionizable molecule, so it doesn’t generate H+ ions. The pH of any compound is depends on concentration of H+ ions. Generally molecule and its ions are equilibrium in aqueous medium. However some organic solvents like Acetone, DMSO, DMF are ionizable. Hence these solvents have some pH (not neutral) but in the case of Hexane the pH is 7 (neutral). This is due to Hexane has no chemical interaction with H+ ion moreover it cannot auto-ionizable.
