Siberian terrain requires utmost attention as local chemical plants have an adverse effect on the ecological system.Local chemical plants release the huge amount of oxides of carbon(like CO2, CO etc), the oxide of nitrogen and sulfur.Some of the oxides of nitrogen are colored due to which they impart some color also.Nearly all the oxides of nitrogen and carbon have permanent dipole moment due to which they absorb the infrared radiation falling on their surface leading to trapping of heat.This results in increasing the temperature of the water.We should try to maintain some distance between local water bodies and chemical plant (if possible) else w should whatever dump plants are throwing they should first do the treatment by removing heavy metals so that it does not affect the aquatic life much.The chemical plant should have cottrel system so that amount of carbon could be stopped going into the atmosphere directly.
