Explanation / Answer

From the given IR data the compound is an bromo ester F.

Interpretation is as follows

Peak at 2960 is for CH stretch and at 1740 is due to carbonyl group of ester and the peak at 1200 is due to C-O stretch and a peak for C-Br is at 580.

From mass spectrum, M+ is 195.
