Discuss with the patient about how physical exercise helps in keeping muscles strong and the painful body joints move slowly and get habituated to workouts. Suggest some simple games like badminton Which is good for staying fit and healthy. RUNNING can also help in getting the feel of fighting with the chronic pain he is suffering. Also mention about reducing OBESITY and WEIGHT LOSS if the patient do practice regular physical exercises.
