3. B and C pairs are miscible.

Explanation, optian A contains water and hexane which are not miscible due to opposite polarities. Water and methanol shown in option B are miscible due to hydrogen bonding. In option C we have acetone and hexane. Now acetane has a hydrocarbon like structure due to it's C-C-C backbone making it miscible in hexane. Although, the C=O bond of acetone is polar but the polarity is intermediate of water and hexane enabling it to dissolves both.
