Surely work output is closely linked with indivisual output and personal rewards. Because people do work in lieu of rewards more or less. So how much rewards is to be earned influence our work to much extent.
b. If grades is to be decided by random drawing, then we would study but not with full concentration and dedication and also we would concentrate on our drawing which we dont have done if grade wern't to be decided on basis of our drawing, this explain that we do work for award even if it dont suit us.
c. If all students were to be awarded A grade then there would be no competition among students and when there is competition people try to give there best output, but when it is not there and best award is to be awarded then there would be no seriousness at all.
if grade were based on last chapter examination, we would study day and night only last chapter and not all chapter because last chapter is fetching us reward.
d. Yes it will do, indivisual from whole nation is working hard to fetch best reawrd and reward decide their output. And nation is compised of indivisuals so yes it will influence nation's output.
16. These multibillionaires along with their own development provided employment to millions and millions, so in no sense we can say that they have worsen an average americans, because in their economic development there is role of average americans and their effective output. And further they have developed Nations image in world, which helps to improve average americans conditions in some or other way.
