If a non private company requires its employees to believe and pledge that they have Christian beliefs even if they are not Christians in order to be hired, which type of validity process is being violated criterion-related, construct, or content validity and why???Explanation / Answer
This act rerpresents the violation of content validity, since, in this situation the employers do not have a detailed description of the content domian, i.e. they do not have clear guidelines to measure the work efficinecy of employees. They think that if a non-Christian would pledge to hold Christian beliefs they would act accordingly. However, it is not possible.
