Explanation / Answer
First of all it is important to know about what is actually a health information management is. so we can defined it as it is the practice of aquaring, analysing and protecting the digital and traditional informations of medical fields in order to provide a logistic and efficient medical care to the patients. you can also take it as it is the combination of business, science and information technology.
So lets take the two websites which are based upon the health information management as follow-
1) AHIMA- The word is stand for the american health information management associations. in this module of the website you will find the latest health care units and the management of patients information in the united states. this regulate the information as the primary concept of public health care units. as suppose we have a career in this field then it would be beneficial for us to analyse the public health care system and the procedure to regulate and manage the information relate to the patients health informations and data. this site give the approximately accurate data and manage with more efficiently. it conveyed the people about the general health awareness with the more properly and in a systematic way and order.
2) HIMSS- This word is health information management system society. in this site it just update the audience about the different health care issues arises in the society. it store the locality wise information and manage them but it is less efficient then the above site. hence this we can is less efficient at all.
