Atoms make up everything in the known verse, atoms are made up of protons, neutrons, and electrons. If you put two or more atoms together you get a molecule. If you take two or more different atoms and put those together, you create a compound. All compounds are molecules, but not all molecules are compounds.

Atom examples:

1 Gold: an element containing 79 protons, 118 neutrons, and 79 electrons.

2 Silver: an element containing 47 protons, 61 neutrons, and 47 electrons.

Molecule examples:

1 A bar of gold: this is an object made up entirely of the element Gold.

2 A Solid silver coin: again an object made up of entirely silver element.

Compound examples:

1Water, consists of 2 different types of elements (hydrogen and oxygen) and those elements are made up of atoms.

2hydrogen peroxide, consists of 2 different elements (hydrogen and oxygen)

However it should be noted that water, and hydrogen peroxide are made up of the same elements, they are in fact made up of varying numbers of those elements, thus making them different compounds entirely

The response to such type of problems can only be given in a report type procedure. for this we have to give the information in the form of report only. so now lets we start to response. first of all we should now the basic concept regarding to the matter and it constituents particles.

Every materials in this universe are made up of the very tiny fundamental particles like atoms. this atoms can also be further consisting of the sub atomic particles like electron neutron and protons. a typical atom have a nucleus in the center of atom which have electric force of attractions on the electrons due to which they rotate in a planetery matter. and this forms an atom.

Now this atom when subjected to make bonding with other such same or different atoms, produces molecules. the bond in between the atoms are generate according to the situation of atomic orientations. so we can say that molecules are the bunch of atoms. when these molecules get collected together and they formed the bunch of molecules produces the compounds.

So we can state it as by a simple arrow diagram as follows=

ATOMS => MOLECULES => COMPOUNDS => MATTERS/ MATERIALS

And these all above components are the basis of universe and they generate the UNIVERSE.

But it should be also known that molecules will always have the same kind of atoms only like gold bar but the compound are formed by the molecules of different atoms.

And according to the properties pf different elements and compounds they can be classified under different categories of mattters.
