Explanation / Answer

Same sex marraiges are opposed from the past few centuries legally but there are so many illegal relationships which are not known to this world. Same sex marraiges first came to notice in 1970 in Baker V Nelso case. After this situation in 1973 the US authority banned same sex marraige. In 1989 Denmak became the first country to legally make a law for same sex marraige. After this incident in late 1990's all the other countries started to leaglize this laws, Thus Same sex marraiges started to increase more in number in these years.

From the above statement it is clear that religious beliefs belong to an individual community where it is there wish to follow or not in this mordern world or not. But one should always be concerned about not hurting other feeling in a harsh way. In this case both the baker and other persons are having there own decisions which can be solved by just small understanding. Insted of verbal arugument the baker should have said that the delivery might be late due to busy schedules. Same way if the persons who want to have cake for their marraige should have went for other shop.

In this case the court may give decision in favour of any one because both have own sentiments and feelings and have equal rights in the constitution. Thus it is impossible to declare by anyone to expect the verdict. If they revived the Baker V Nelson case the judgement will be in favour of baker. If they revived the 1972 judgement they may uphold the decision
