1. Walker Treatment Inc. has to collect the hazards from the country and make them go for hazardous treatment. This is difficult to do by own. So it was asked for an easy way to transport the hazardous materials over Blueacre .
2. Yes according to me an easement should be granted. Because Greenacre doesn't have any access to highway. The task to collect the wastage from all over the country is quiet difficult.
3. A fee shouldn't be charged. It should be the duty of the people and customers to take the responsibility of the disposal of hazardous materials.
4. Easement can be terminated by taking advises and consulting with the attorny .
7.Due to the nuisance it may create spillover costs. So an intervention of government should be needed here to protect the environment . Intervention may include imposition of tax or laws against spillover costs.
8. Control measures should be used . Ventilation is a very useful way to remove toxic vapores, fumes from the workplace before workers are exposed.
5) I think there is no dangerous thing associated with adverse possession. Adverse possession may be helpful in many situations where for example an owner may reward an unused part of land to other person in order to provide foods to the poor people of the region after cultivating in the land.
