The employers should attack the source of the problem i.e the dissatisfaction.

The first one will not be appropriate because corrective action can be taken to stop unwanted activities. But there will arise several activities if the employers are dissatisfied. So there will be varities of action needed. But if we try to remove the source of the problem then it will help in the longterm.

The third option managament should restrict the unwanted activities which adversely affect the productivity. If employers are satisfied with their employers then their productivity can reach at highest level. We can not increase the productivity in a longterm by imposing several restrictions.
