1.There are various factors need to consider like Coal mining area, Power plant equipment like boiler,Steam turbine and generator, condenser, pumps,etc and also need to consider the civil works and electrical works, man power, maintenance cost etc., Cost varies country to country for setting up 900MW coal fired power plant but the average cost is 3 billion dollar and the annual revenue will be 1.5 billion dollar.
