therefore, for generating 10000 kwh power require (10000)/(20*10^6*0.000293) ton coal

=1.7064 ton

it emits 4631*1.7064 pound CO2= 7902.7304 pound CO2

therefore it emits 7902.7304/2000 = 3.95 ton CO2 ....(answer 1)

for natural gas,

for generation 1 kwh electricity require 1/(1000*0.00293) cu ft natural gas

for 10000 kwh electricity generation require (10000)/(1000*0.00293) cu ft natural gas

=34129.693 cu ft natural gas

1000 cu ft natural gas emits 117 pound CO2
