Explanation / Answer
This is against chegg policy to post too many questions in a single post, although i have done 3 parts , kindly do other parts accordingly.
Ans 1. As a project manager i would perform following tasks in order to manage and control the situation and effectively meet my deliverables -
Ans 2. The important lessons regaurding leadership are -
Ans 3. I would embrace the team members with confidance, inspiration, motivation and will tell them the ethics of works and the key fetures in being successful are if you are totally dedicated to your work. I would also give a chance to earn the some incentive if they perform with full dedication in completing the project. This will increase the work rate in the project as well as the employees will also develop their skills.
If i would have a poor performer in my team i would first tell him to improve his / her work and show some harwork and dedication, and will then again review his work. But if he again fails to reach the expectation and requirement, i would simply tell him to leave this project as we need to make the project good and i willtell him to brush up his skills work a little bit harder and try again after something in another project.
