Student may select a topic of choice to demonstrate how to make, fix, teach, etc. Learners MUST dress professional and speak from a typed, formal speech-outline. The outline should be submitted via email before learners present their speeches. Learners must type formal outline (single-space), using APA citations. Follow the heading example shown on page 3 of syllabus. Videotaping instructions are found on page 8 of syllabus. Upload the video to Media gallery.

Demonstrative speech has to be short and pertaining to interest of the student . Like a subject one needs to discuss on an open platform or forum based on where it is to be given. For example : Consider how to train a pet , cook a dish , wash clothes , write an essay. A good speech will them paint a picture to its audience while explaining each of its necessary steps so that it is helful and a learned experience for the recepients. Introduce your topic of interest which is attrative enough to gage attention. Transisitioning from one step to another is important so that there is no breakage in the story telling. Instruct necessary items involved in procedure like ingredients if your speech involves cooking something etc.

Review your steps ensuring they are will knitted and follow a sequence,while ending ensure that the closing statement completes your speech and leave and impact.
