Trumps government increase the tariffs on Chinese goods is an important political issue as due to these tariffs there is Trade war going between these countries which is gaining lot of attention across the globe due to this issue.
Due to this tariffs the Chinese economy is expected to get more worse as alreday the Chinese economy is slowing down due to this America has an advantage in this Trade war. The main reason which Trump's government is showing for increase of tariffs on Chinese goods is that Chinese government is not changing its practice which is unwilling for American government. American government is asking the Chinese to give American companies more access to their market which chinese are not willing to do.So trade war is going on and should be seen where it ends.
Due to this Trade war both American and Chinese economy will get effected as Chinese export will decrease and the goods prices in America will go up. Economist say that both government should come to an understanding which is beneficial to both countries otherwise both countries economy will get effected.
According to a scale of 10 I will give this article 9 out of 10 as the article is showing the present scenario of this Trade war which is taking place and the effects of this Trade war on both the countries.
I selected this editorial because this got an attention all over the globe and every government is eagerly waiting to see what Chinese government will do as if they are willing to give access to its market for American companies than all other countries will also try to get access to Chinese market.So that's why I choose this editorial.
