A. Explain the differences between the actual temperatures and precipitation and the mean temperatures and precipitation. B. Where there any correlations between temperature changes and precipitation or barometric changes and precipitation? Note and explain. C. Explain the various weather phenomenon that occurred during the month and the results on the weather.Explanation / Answer
A. Temperatures are not independent of precipitation and they are related factor. i.e. humidity. When the humidity levels are low, most commonly during the winter and spring, temperature has the greater daily swings. When the humidity levels are relatively high, such as during summer monsoon, temperatures often fluctuate less dramatically from day to the night. When there’s not much of water available for evaporation, more of sun’s energy can go toward boosting the temperatures. Because the water vapor is greenhouse gas, though, its presence in atmosphere tends to hold in the heat that might otherwise escape. In the desert climates, this influence is most noticeable on the summer nights, when cloudy skies can keep the nighttime temperatures higher than they are on the clear nights.
B. the negative correlations dominates between temperature and precipitations, as thedry conditions favor more sunshine and lessen evaporative cooling, while the wet summers are cool. in high latitudes in winter, a positive correlations dominate as warm moist advection in the extratropical cyclones favors precipitation and water holding capacity of the atmosphere limits the precipitation amounts in cold conditions. Where the ocean conditions drive atmosphere, the higher surface air temperatures are associated with the precipitation, likein El Niño, but in some areas, such as western Pacific in northern summer, feature a negative correlations indicating that atmosphere determines surface temperatures.
C. During the initial dates i.e. 11 sep and onwards there was a rainy climate so the temperature was down and precipitation was high and it continues for many days i.e upto 24 on which the weather became clear. but to to high recipitation again rainfall happens at the end of the month.
