Explanation / Answer
Free riding problem occurs when people get benefitted from a good or service that they do not pay for. If there are too many free riders then the good or services may be underprovided. Nature conservancy conserves nature. As a result many people are getting benefitted or enjoying the conservation even if they are not paying to the organization. This is a problem of free riding. If too many people are free riding then there would be no incentive for the nature conservancy to conserve nature as it is the only one contributing to the conservention.
