Under such a scheme pricipals have the incentive of fudging score results in order to receive larger budget allocations, even at the students expense.
Whether or not the students deserve higher grades, which help them get better jobs and colleges but will not deserve them and will be found out eventually anyhow, principals of the public schools do have the incentive for caring about the students well-being, rather only their higher grades in tests.
Therefore, an alternative system needs to be in place, where:
a.Receiving guidelines and appraisals that get ready understudies to succeed in school and the work environment and to contend in the worldwide economy
b.Building information frameworks that measure understudy development and achievement and that illuminate instructors and principals about how they can enhance guideline
c.Enlisting, creating, remunerating, and holding successful instructors and principals, particularly where they are required most
d.Pivoting the least accomplishing schools
