2. It increase the standered of living of the people.
3. The consuption pattern of the people will increased,Because lower income earners get more income.
4. The most important here is that the government expenditure will decreased. It is because the funding of many programmes will be reduced, the low income earners get good income.
5. It increase employment in the country.
6. Increase the total output of the country.
Defects
Most of the benefits when increasing the minimum wages. Now we discuss the shortcomings:
1. Increase the leisure time of the people.
2. Create unemployment in the country.
3. Increase the inflation of the country. Because highest increase in the money supply of the economy.
4. Increased the level of low skilled labour.
5. Decrease the demand for the labour.
