Explanation / Answer

As per the above tabular data, USA has the lowest contribution in health care spending among all the four countries whereas Britain has the highest contribution in health care spending. Also, it can be observed that the government contribution in health care spending is inversely proportional to the infant mortality rate and per capita health care spending. It shows that with increased contribution of government spending in health care, child mortality comes down. Thus, government should spend more on health care. As per the data, Britain is doing the same and is followed by France, Canada and U.S.A.
Also, increased government spending on health care increases the life expectancy rates as reflected in the data. Thus, normal life lived by the population increases. It acts as a welfare of citizens. Again, Britain is getting highest life expectancy and is followed by France, Canada and USA.
It can be also be inferred from the data that, increase in government contribution in health care spending increases the disposable income available for expenses on other goods and services. It will further increase the aggregate demand that will further boost the economy.
