Ans(a): option (a) as there is 50% sharing
(b) option (a) $120+$40= $160, 50% sharing will distribute it in 80,80.
(c) option (d) according to me, due to 50% sharing consumption was 6 units of food ($60/$10) and 3units of other goods ($60/$20). by adding 4 units of food, food will be 10 units and other goods will be 3.
(d) option (b) in this situation consumer is getting 4 extra units of food.
(e) option (a) transfer of $40 puts no boundation to have only food. with this amount other goods can also be bought.
(f) option (c) by giving subsidy some share in cost has to be bear by the consumer. In first two option govt has to spend full amount of money on food.
