Abortion is the premature termination of human pregnancy which often gets categorized into a second degree murder. It has been termed as a "sin". No doubt the people holding such opinions are correct but what about the case especially when a girl conceives due to the misdeeds of some psychologically challenged men. In this situation, entire life of the girls gets spoiled which makes abortion a necessary evil.

Some says "it is immoral for Texas to prevent women from having an early abortion" and the strongest defense is that an emergy abortion cannot give the pertinent person unlimited time. Things need to be done in a hurry and sooner the abortion, lesser pain mother and probably fetus has to undergo. Also, it gives two options viz. medication abortion and aspiration abortion. The former one carries much less risks and in all the matters, especially in the emergency abortions states should refrain themselves. So, Texas would realy be preventing women from having an early abortion and its immoral.
