2. There will be sometimes adverse effects when Health care professionals enter management with little or no preparation. It may affect the rapport between the employees and the supervisor.
In health care, supervisor or department manager has specific duties like inventory ordering and management, medicine management, shift management so on. Hence person with little preparation tent to make more mistakes in those areas.
3. Health care professional who works as a manager sometimes handle another role too. It will be great if health care manger handles two roles because it creates more confidence among employees. When an employee commits a mistake, the manger can identify it fast and correct it very easily.
