A systematic literature review was undertaken to identify the impact of job satisfaction and turnover.The key findings showed that the stress and leadership influences on nurses makes them dissatisfied and turnover.

A hypothetical model grounded to identify the common factors influencing the relationship between absence and turnover.The review says the intend to stay in current employment as the variable influence of turnover but another single study are not supported by above results. so it shows absence would be positively impact on turnover and negatively influence the intend to stay.By understanding these relationship,management strategies should allow to reduce the absence and turnover.

A descriptive qualitative study is conducted to know casual relation ship among job satisfaction,behavioral intention and nurses turnover.The results shows strong positive relationship found between behavioral intetion and turnover and shows negative relationship between job satisfaction and behavioral intention.

An observational study conducted to know how the hospital climatic environmental changes affects the nurses turnover.The results shows hospital ethical climate, patient load and control over practice together explained a variance in nurses turnover.

Many experts have the opnion of more job stress, lower cohesion group leads to lower work satisfaction and higher turnover.The higher work satisfication and good group cohesion will lower turnover.The institutions will meet the nurses shortage,and to create the work environment essential for nurses retain.
