the intention is to inform what the firm is doing interms of business and other than commercial activities. they were succeded at their presentaion and they clearly explained why there were joined together.

the strength of the press release is they covered all the issues directly related to the venture.

the limitation of this presentation is they were not informed about what they are loosing with this together.

it was an effective communication, because they were adressed all the issues related to the venture.
