Indeed, communication often breaks down when someone assumes that he or she is using the same definition of a word as someone else. For instance, when using a word like "racism," it can be easy to assume that everyone defines this word as "prejudice" or "hate mongering," but what if you were to define it as a "system of advantage based on race"? In the former instance, only those who are prejudiced against those of a different race are racist, but in the latter definition, anyone who receives an advantage in any aspect of society because of his or her race is racist. Which to you find to be the more accurate definition? Is racism in the 21st-Century United States solely prejudice, or is it a culturally ingrained system of advantage that privileges some people and not others?

The United States is a multicultural Nation. It consists of many races and cultures and still today the country was facing many problems. Racism and Discrimination are the major issues of all society problem. Try to identify the cause makes way to reduce them. The Government should ensure the equality of opportunity so that everyone can have the freedom to what they want to do.

"slavery was a practice that exists in all cultures". Many countries practice slavery. This took an important point in the United States because the white people are looking to develop new nation which involves millions of slaves.Splading says " The slaves were considered merely as property and in no respect whatever as persons".

The government should make a racial equality policy. The government should educate the population about the laws through different campaigns. The culture should not judge the outcome of work by the color of the skin. The culture promotes that no race is superior to other. The culture should believe the words of "Racism should never end, therefore the society must devise the new strategies to combat it".
