Her caregiver attributes the bruises to a blood disorder that reduces clotting.

ALZHEMIERS DISEASE:- It is defined as the neurodegerative disease usually starts slowly and worsens over time.the common syptoms are difficulty in remembering short term events,problems with language,disorientation, mood swings,loss of motivation,not able to manage self care,
early syptoms:-difficulties in language,agonosia,aparaxia,episodic memory,decreased word fluency,
Moderate symptoms:-inability to recall vocabulary,paraphasias,wandering,irritability,liable effect, aggression,llusionary misidentification,delusional symptoms,
Advanced symptoms:-language is reduced to simple phrases and even single words,complete loss of speech,exteme apathy and exhaustion,muscle mass and mobility deteriorates,infection of pressure ulcers and pneumonia, urinary incontinence
1A) Based upon the scenario the patient was almost 94years old . by seeing the symptoms the patient was in advanced stage of alzheimers disease.As the patient unable to walk is quiet commonwith progression of dementia,as their skin becomes think and can cause bruises more easily,if the patient is using asprin which inhibits clotting of blood which can cause even mor bruising of the skin.
