I believe that questionnaire instead being defined by a rigid set if guidelines need to be flexible and adaptable as per the requirement of the process. It should be left on the creativity and ingenuity of the individual conducting the research so that the process is natural and possess more information because if there is a set of questions defined beforehand it will be difficult to conduct the same and acheieve at a correct point that will determine the results.
