Hi There, I would heartily appreciate if someone can help me with a writing assignment on Diversity and Ethics in Practice, the full instructions from the instructor has been copied and pasted below. Paper on Diversity and Ethics in Practice: “The Spirit Catches You and You Fall Down”

8-10 pages double-spaced, APA style

Describe the major ethical and cultural conflicts between the Lee’s and the western medical establishment. Provide background information, where applicable, about the contexts from which the respective cultural views originate, and cite the ethical guidelines used by the professionals who care for Lia (social work code of ethics, physician code of ethics, AMA, child protective laws etc.). Your paper should also address which professionals were most effective in working with this family and why.

You will be graded on the following:

Writing: (30%) Your paper should be well written. You will be graded on grammar, sentence structure, editing, word choice, and clarity. Please see documents on blackboard for detailed information on grammar and writing structure.

Text analysis: (60%) How well you analyze the text and synthesize parts of the story to illustrate your points. At least 4 quotes (not exclusively from the first 5 chapters) and analysis of at least one ethics code is required.

Organization: (10%) Does your paper have a beginning, middle and end? Is your paper coherent? Are your arguments and points organized in an easy to read manner? (Hint - create an outline) All requirements met.
