If you fail to consume enough amounts of protein rich foods then it lead to low protein levels in your body and causes poor health. Low protein intake mainly occurs due to the intake of low quality or lacks the essential amino acids proteins. Proteins are essential for building and repairing things. Our organs, muscles, skin, hair, nails, bones and certain hormones are all made up of protein. It is required for sustaining life and proper function.
