If i become ill i expect love and caring from the my parents, siblings and relatives. if they does not care i psychologically become more sick. So if some one is sick you should talk to them with the love and affection and give psychological support and boost her/him confidence that they will be alright if they take medicine and eat well.

Biomedicine is a branch of medical science that applies biological and physiological principles to clinical practice. As per this health is one of the category in biomedicine there is no perticular definition.

1. wakeup early in the morning do excercies.
2. Diet eat fruits in the morning so that the vitamins and minerals cantained in fruits absorb well. have heavy breakfast with cabohydrates andproteins also include one boiled egg in the morning.
3. Lunch try to have protein rich diet like non-veg, in the night have light food and at the time of bed have leukwarm milk. Calculate your BMI needs of energy and protein try to make sure to take the food in required amount.
