Vision

Here business is the to increase health care system output against HIV, tobacco lover etc. My strategic plan for this mission is as follows

1. Education

Education is the milestone of every country and war against st bad things including health also. Here 8 want to focus on health education of people ranging from poor to millionaire because without education nothing is impossible. If we trained people by education them half of our work got finished and half of work is depends on is that in which we drive our task. Education is acting as a trainer for them and also one class of self learning which help people to save themselves from any disease like single use of sexual partner , use of single use syringe etc and tobacco is injurious to health etc.

2. Expert

My second action plan is to nominate expert in my organisation for this task because it is not easy to do all these things in single way, we have to work as a team and a team comprising of various expert. These experts works in community and identify main root cause for the failure and they report to senior by which we prepare main action plan to remove these issues.

3. My third and most important plan is motivation of my team to complete this task as fast as. See initially everyone has energy to do the task but at middle and end all are fails. As I am administrator it's my duty to buildup people to focus on task.
