I am just starting nursing school a month in an accelerated program, I failed for both of the first test for Fundamentals of Nursing and Health Assessment, I don't know how should I study? Please guide me through this tough process.

For example, what ethical and legal issues must you consider, and how can you cope with such issues as retention

1. For getting good score in fundamentals of nursing. By doing the things step by step in you daily life.
For an example: bed making, the steps you can study from your book and you can simply practice in your room. By doing that you can remembers the steps and theory for future life.
Because practice makes a man perfect in their field of work or study.
For doing a good health assesment also you can apply this , you can practice the steps in your own room while you reading this. Get help from your sibling or friend according availability.
2. The nurses should consider the patient and the attenders in this case. Because the parents or guardian is also in a state of knowledge deficit about the child's situation, so we should consider their emotional and mental state.
Give appropriate parental teaching if needed
Explain all procedures before it done
Take consent from the parents before doing anything to their baby. Explain why it is important for the baby.
Getting written consent is to avoid legal issues.
