Health care policy issue with the potential to transform the way health care is delivered is by providing health care insurance for everyone as to cover most of the healthcare cost of treatment and drugs. Legally all chronic cases, major heart attacks, elder patients with arthritis, depression and pregnant ladies were kept at priority, mostly goverment is trying to implement single payer system through medicare and medicaid in order to cover most patients. Ethically reducing the treatment cost for the people who cannot afford expensive treatment and cases of chronic and heart related are of major priority. Operational perspective of the insurance policy is to involve as much as people for the program.
