Additional information that is required for assigning leave as well as working schedule for all staff is to know the timings of their work and then priorities the type of leave should be taken into consideration for coming days as staff members are people on whom healthcare organisation depends.

Honouring the request of leave can be schedule based on whose reasons are more genuine and should be given more importance compare to staff members whose request for leave can be adjusted with their work schedule.

Out of the two RNS staff one staff members can be given leave based on the reason which can't be avoided and second staff members could have been given option of taking leave on other weekend or other days.

The staff members could be given information either through electronic mail system or through their reporting manager.

Even notice of sanctioned leave request could have been put on notice board where each members could have easy access about their acceptance of request.

For maintaining the privacy and confidential of each staff members one can maintain online profile of each employee where their request of leave and acceptance could have been circulated personally and staff members should have been given password of their own in order to access their personal information.
