This issue will be definitely addressed during staff meeting. When a problem cannot be solved in day to day operations, a process team will be necessary. Process team will analyse the quality and safety provided in the hospital. This issue is not only bound to nursing team alone. Hence, nurse can prepare a proposal for process team.
