Let V be the maximum potential,
then power across 100 ohms which is alone to left = V^2 *(2/3)^2/ 100
power across any of the other 100 ohms parallel to each other = V^2 * (1/3)^2 / 100 =
Max power = V^2 *(2/3)^2/ 100 = 21.5
so, Max potential difference = V =69.5521 volts

resistor on the left = 21.5 W
resistor at the top of the loop = 5.374994 W
resistor at the bottom of the loop = 5.374994 W
