1.Specify realistic creativity as a team goal.

     While instituting creative problem solving for health care professionals creative ideas must be tempered with reality. Real innovations in problem solving arises only when ideas are grounded in reality.Realistic goals helps to achieve measurable outcome.

2.Encourage Diversity.

              Always fill the team with members of different perspective and creativity keeps the continuous flow of creativity in problemsolving.

3.Increase the base of relevant knowledge

         Team members cannot be expected to give creative solution unless there is a knowledge base. Frequent refresher courses,orientation courses, inservice education should be organised for better creativity in problem solving.

4. Challenge the team.
