How would you incorporate further research to address this disease?

How would you use morbidity and mortality in developing prevention strategies aimed at increasing attention to disease and decreasing adverse health outcomes?

Which phenomenon—morbidity or mortality—is better to study to develop preventive strategies? Why?

Explanation / Answer

Through understanding the population infected in differenr geographical areas,it is possible to draw the line between different areas that are affected by the disease. In this way demographic data is easy to characterize in HIV.There are differnt factors that lead to infection of HIV.Through attaining a certain demographic data on the rate of infection,is usually possible to characterize the disease according to the area.Hiv is a virus infectious disease that is attained through sexual intercourse. It is easy to characterize the disease with the data attained since it indicates the areas with high infection rate are less conservant with preventive measures concerning the disease especially HIV-AIDS.

Through acquiring the data on different geographical areas information concerning the disease ,the factor can greatly facilitate to further study .Through further study it is understand the disease outcomes, prevention, awareness, and as such factors.Random measurements of CD4 markers is helpful to calculate the number of HIV infected patients and helps in further study.

By using the mortality and morbidity rates ,prevention strategies can be developed by conducting Hiv prevention programmes which are interventions that aim to halt the transmission of HIV.It need to be targeted at high prevalence regions or hot spots and also meet the needs of high risk groups.By conducting such programmes some countries have acheived impressive declines in the infection rate of HIV.Socio-cultural,economic,legal and other contextual factors need to be taken into account for increasing attention to disease and decreasing adverse health outcomes.
