2. Agreeableness: main features are trusted kindness affection high agreeableness.
3. Conscientiousness: main features of this include high thoughtfulness, better impulse control, goal oriented & Highly conscientiousness
4. Neuroticism: main traits are sad moody & emotional unstable nature, rapid change, stressful nature.
5. Openness: The main features are creativeness, imaginative & insight, vast range of interest.
The personality of an individual is the combination of the personality traits. If Personality of any individual contains these traits in high or low level it may cause difficulties in personality development of an individual.
It is very important for an individual to choose a career according to his personality trait for optimum performance and job satisfaction.
