Explanation / Answer

Answer-(a) First of all, I would like to evaluate myself whether I am comfortable to work in this group or not. There are people of different behaviours, personalities, religions and race. I would focus to know about their behaviour towards me and their professional skills. Communication is a powerful tool that helps us to know about someone's opinions, ideas, thinking and beliefs. I would try to communicate with my group in a pleasant way. We should not make assumptions about people belonging to different social groups or religions. At professional level, we always need open mindedness. I would show positive attitudes towards my group members and appreciate their individualities.

According to me , we all are same professionally. No one has a right to question anybody's individuality and personal interests. I would stay away from all negative thinking and stereotypes to work effectively and efficiently within a group where people of different personalities, religions and races are working.

Answer-(b) Each individual has a different work style. People with different backgrounds and attitudes have different opinions and perspectives. Conflicts can easily occur where people with different personalities are working together. All people within a group do not behave positively,some negative people give rise to conflicts. These conflicts are not good for the company and give rise to depression and low productivity. So, it's always important to adopt some strategies when you are working in a group where people have different attitudes. These strategies are important to reduce conflicts among workers. It's always good to carry yourself professionally rather than having personal grudges with your co-workers.

If you can not control other people, it is better to control yourself. Everybody in the group should put efforts to resolve conflicts in a professional way. Conflicts within a group can not provide success and development. So, it would be better to maintain distance from them.

Answer-(c) Good interaction skills and perfect personality is always important to work effectively within a group. Good communication skills are the key terms to work successfully within a group. I would work on my communication skills in order to express my ideas effectively and clearly. People always welcome new ideas and views. For getting success within a group it is important to develop a sense of trust and mutual understanding with one another. Respecting and supporting other members of the groups also influence their behaviour. So, we can say that if we have good communication skills, respect towards others, problem solving ability, resposibility and accountibility for our work, we can get success in our life professionally as well as personally.
