1) Jessica Pryce Jones is a motivator, novel writter and counselor for working professionals. She believes that the person who are happy tend to be more confident and dedicated towards working hard. The person who are dejected and sad do not contribute in jobs and tend to be less hardworking and dedicated towards their jobs. Among the 5C, the most important factor for success at work is culture.

2)Accoding to the author of the happiness book, if you have a positive bent of mind you tend to be more happy and friendly with your colleagues at work.You are patient, motivating and dedicated with a positive optimistic bent of mind.If you have a negative attitude towards life, then there is a tendency to blame others.A negative attitude person will be selfish,greedy and always blaming others.There will be lack of motivation,desire and confidence to help colleagues at work. 1)The girl is positive. She is friendly and interacts with her neighbors. She is mature and she has gained material wealth after the death of her uncle.She want to invest the money and she is wise enough to consider the decision of her family before investing the money in the mutual fund.

2)The situation is based on the personification and individuality of the girl herself. I think she should consider the first option of AAA bond investment. This option is free of share money investments and there is a negligible chance of loosing money.

3) I think most people will choose the second option.The investment in mutual funds and shares,which will benefit the person in the form of return interests on beneficial investments in good shares of big companies.

4)Initially she took advise from her neighbor,who is a investment expert.Later there was a group shift where she denied the expert advice from her neighbor and started interacting and taking advise from her family relatives after the death of her uncle.I think her family will also recommend her the second option as it free of market risks and she will loose money.She can even enjoy with that money. She can eat at good restaurants, watch movies,buy clothes and enjoy with friends.

1)Advantages of autonomy-- It helps in building work culture.The environment is stable, more friendly. The people are hardworking,sincere,honest and work with dedication.The employer has many collaborations, partnerships and investments so that he can provide incentives and awards to his employees and the workers in the company.

Disadvantages of autonomy--The firm has the right to take the decision.This can lead to arguments in between colleagues.There can be discord,lack of harmony and helpful attitude. The employees will face seclusion,isolation and lack of communication.This will hamper the work progress. Every employee will have the freedom and right to take decisions regarding the progress of the firm. These decisions can be positive or negative for the working environment of the firm.

2)Adequate sources--The company should have funds and proper infrastructure for the effective working of the organization.

Leadership and structure--The company should develop organization behavior skills, management of the skills, and leadership qualities.There are beneficial for the working of the employees in the firm.

climate of trust--The employees should develop understanding,helpful nature, committment and dedication towards work in the organization.

performance evaluation--there should be regular personality and quality control tests for the employees. The head should be willing to interact with the employees and analyze their progress reports.
