Explanation / Answer

Abnormal behavior is a vast and separate domain within the field of psychology, which has a set of signs and symptoms that need to be present for classification purposes. This needs to be done in order to veritably diagnose a person as abnormal, or displaying abnormal behavior. The image of the woman you have painted above does not give a kernel of insight into anything substantial, which would enable one to categorize the given individual into the box of abnormal behavior; and/or even to categorize one into that box there exist further subsets and disorders which are prevalent.

Also, considering that you allude to a party, it would insinuate some sort of substances that people would indulge in, and could also be the reason for her apparent 'abnormal' behavior. And as per the space that she chooses to dance into could be a personal preference. The point being, you need to be able to see a few more signs and symptoms in order to rightfully categorize a person as abnormal as it could be normal behavior as well.
