1) The senior manager in the global management firm company can employ various strategies like organizing meeting, deciding the implementation strategy and plans,communication with the team members,resolving issues and conflicts by analyzing the problems,changing behavior and attitude for resolving problems in various situations. The cause of the problem should be discussed with its implications and problems according to the situation. The rules and regulations should be discussed for the proper management in the firm. The objectives,responsibility and the duties should be decided and appropriately handled by the employees with dedication,hardwork and sincerety.
2)A)Assimilation is performed in the organization in two ways--interpretation and analysis. Interpretation is the part of the editor who decides what to include and what to omit in the text before publishing it. The editor should be an expert in that particular subject and have a sound knowledge about it. The software assistant should make a tabular form of excel sheet and make a table of the data. The analysis of the document should consist of reading the document by the expert, adding the necessary changes and sending it for publication. This is done with the help of subject matter expert research analyst. The comparison and comparison of the data should be done by the same field expert before submitting it for publication.
B)Organization is based on the ethics, race, gender,thinking,perceptions, attitude and the behavior of the employees of the firm. The important factors to be considered for decision making the expert consultant include the ability to make correct decisions, analysis of situations, collective effort irrespective of individual efforts, effort and concentration on ability to take decisions with precision and accuracy, analysis of correct results with accuracy,ability to compete and ability to be stable in the organization. The ability to communicate with others, understanding the importance of work with details and final publication of the work. The ability to work hard with sincerety, dedication and hardwork.
