According to Jean Piaget, at the age of 7, a child become very curious and continuously ask many questions. So Piaget will advice Cruz and Eva to solve his queries so he can be aware of primitive reasoning. This will help in his cognitive development and he would be able to make a proper use of knowledge. Harry and Margaret Harlow would suggest them to deal with their son's needs in a sensitive manner because the parent- child relationship greatly affect the development process of children. Lawrence Kohlberg would suggest Cruz and Eva to teach their child morality in his behaviour. He should know the difference between right and wrong. He should not apply obedience to get rid of punishment but to follow the right behaviour. Albert Bandura would advice them to follow the same attitudes and behaviour which they want to be followed by their son because children learn from their elders and parents. They observe them very keenly and try to imitate them. So parents should be very careful regarding their behaviour in front of their kids. The suggestion of Erik Erikson to Cruz and Eva would be to encourage their child to perform positively . Their son has many friends and peers generally affect us a lot. Eva and Cruz need to make their child confident to achieve the desired goal whether in games or in class. Though their child is highly obedient, Diana Baumrind would suggest them to provide him the skills of emotion regulation and social understanding. This will help their child to gain high self esteem, cognitive and emotional development. Psychologist Lev Vygotsky gave a theory of cognitive development. This theory paid attention on the development of mental processes. He gave the concept of scaffolding. He would suggest Cruz and Eva to help him in such a way that he could be able to solve a problem without any help.
