The three types of urinary systems during the course of evolution in vertebrates are,

The only functional urinary system in vertebrates is metanephros. The pronephros has degraded and now performs the function of transportation of sperms in the male vertebrates. Metanephros adapted to become male genetal ducts.

If the secondary use for such vestigial structures has not developed, these would have degraded and lost during the course of evolution.
