If the system is in equilibrium, the net torque exerted on the system is zero.

Hence,

net torqure = [torque] - T [L]

Hence, the force at the tension indicator is,

The pull force F is balanced with the half of the tension in the cable.

If the pull force applied downward and the wight at the end of the other
